Bryant Miller Olive Attorneys Randy Hanna, Duane Draper and Randy Clement Selected for 2006 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America

          TALLAHASSEE/TAMPA/ORLANDO – The 2006 Edition of The Best Lawyers in America lists three Bryant Miller Olive attorneys: Randy Hanna, the firm's managing shareholder, Duane Draper, chair of the firm's public finance practice area, and Randy Clement, who has practiced public finance law for over two decades.           Hanna has been with Bryant Miller Olive since 1984 and has been the firm's Managing Shareholder since 1997. He is resident in the firm's Tallahassee office and his practice is dedicated to serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel or underwriters' counsel in complex financings, serving as special counsel to numerous governmental units, representing clients before state agencies and working on numerous projects in the energy and utility areas.
          Draper currently chairs Bryant Miller Olive's Public Finance practice area and has been in public finance, either as an attorney or investment banker, since 1989. He is resident in the firm's Tampa office and is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers and the Local Government Section of The Florida Bar. Additionally, Draper is a graduate of Leadership Tampa 2003 and is participating in Leadership Florida, 2005-2006. His practice is focused primarily on bond counsel and disclosure counsel representations.
          Clement is recognized for his extensive experience in state and local government revenue bond financings and has particular expertise in airport, hospital, multi-family and single family housing, electric and water and sewer utility financings, as well as various special tax and enterprise fund financings. He is resident in the firm's Orlando office, is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, and the Local Government Section of The Florida Bar.
