Governor Bush Appoints Cari Roth to Environmental Regulation Commission TALLAHASSEE – Florida Governor Jeb Bush has announced the appointment of Bryant Miller Olive attorney, Cari L. Roth, to serve a four-year term on the state's Environmental Regulation Commission.
