Tallahassee Law Offices of Bryant Miller Olive Relocate to Larger Facilities
TALLAHASSEE -- After more than two decades in the Exchange Bank Building at the corner of College and South Monroe Street, the Tallahassee law offices of Bryant Miller Olive have relocated to 101 North Monroe Street, Suite 900, in the Monroe Park Towers Building. The firm outgrew its current space and has moved one block north, remaining in close proximity to the Capitol, City and County downtown complexes. While the firm's street address has changed, all email addresses and phone numbers remain unchanged.
The relocation of the firm's offices in the capital city of Florida comes on the heels of the opening of new offices in Jacksonville and St. Petersburg over the past twelve months. Randy Hanna, managing shareholder, said, "Bryant Miller Olive is focusing on steady continued growth in its specialized practice areas and the move to the larger offices in Tallahassee is a much-needed development. The firm remains in convenient walking distance to the State Capitol and the offices of the agencies with which we have ongoing client relationships." Bryant Miller Olive is viewed today as being in a highly specialized law practice whose attorneys work closely in related fields, including public finance, state and local government law, energy and utlity, affordable housing, and structured and project finance. They are ranked as having the largest public finance practice in Florida based upon the number of bond issues completed in the state for each of the past ten years.
The new facilities add nearly five thousand square feet of space to the firm's operations, including a larger conference room as well as additional meeting space, more offices for new attorneys and legal assistants, larger operational staff work areas and expanded technology housing. Bryant Miller Olive is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell and several attorneys with the firm are listed in The Best Lawyers in America. Other lawyers with the firm have been named among the state's Legal Elite by Florida Trend Magazine, and numerous attorneys serve on professional and governmental boards and committees. The firm now has a total of six regional Florida offices and another in Atlanta.
