Prominent Tampa Bay Region Attorney Sam Queirolo Joins the Law Firm of Bryant Miller Olive

        TAMPA – Sam Queirolo has joined the law firm of Bryant Miller Olive and is resident in its Tampa office. In a statement released today, Mr. Queirolo, who for several years served as the practice group leader of Holland & Knight’s Tampa Bay Real Estate Group, said, “My joining Bryant Miller Olive is a unique and exciting opportunity to effectively and affordably serve clients in traditional real estate matters while working with a team of highly regarded lawyers and professionals to develop and expand the real estate services offered to clients within Bryant Miller Olive’s strong, project-oriented transactional practice.        Queirolo is a board certified real estate lawyer and has represented clients in a variety of areas, including real estate transactions, residential and commercial development, commercial leasing, construction lien law, real estate brokerage law, synthetic lease financing and title insurance. He has extensive experience representing corporate clients in multi-state acquisitions and expansions. Additionally, he has devoted substantial attention to representing various nonprofit agencies and low-income housing developers.

       Born and raised in Tampa, Florida, Mr. Queirolo is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar and the Hillsborough County Bar Association. In 1990, he earned his J.D., with high honors, from the Florida State University College of Law where he served on the FSU Law Review. Upon graduation he was admitted to the Order of the Coif. He participates regularly in various charitable activities and is a committed advocate of public schools.
