Florida Trend Names Six Bryant Miller Olive Attorneys as State’s Legal Elite
ORLANDO/TALLAHASSEE/TAMPA, Fla. – The fourth annual Florida Trend’s, Florida Legal Elite has named six Bryant Miller Olive attorneys among the “best of the best” in the state including: Randy Hanna and Cari Roth from Tallahassee, Kenneth Artin and Randy Clement of the Orlando office, and Duane Draper and Sam Queirolo from Tampa. Chosen by other practicing attorneys, these top lawyers have earned the trust and confidence of those who know their work best. Out of the 59,481 practicing Florida Bar members, only 868 lawyers were selected to represent the legal elite.
Hanna has been with Bryant Miller Olive since 1984 and serves as Managing Shareholder for the national firm. He is resident in the firm’s Tallahassee office and has worked as special counsel to numerous governmental units, has represented clients before state agencies and has worked on numerous projects in the energy and utility areas. Hanna is active in community events, currently focusing on his role as chairman of the Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce.
Roth also works in the Tallahassee law office and brings twenty-one years of public and private sector legal and legislative experience to Bryant Miller Olive. She chairs the firm's Land Use and Governmental Consulting Practice Group due to her extensive expertise in land use, growth management and infrastructure issues, as well as environmental protection, agriculture and transportation.
Ken Artin has been actively practicing public finance law for twenty-one years and is the managing shareholder of Bryant Miller Olive's Orlando office. He has represented municipalities, counties, school districts and special taxing districts as disclosure counsel, bond counsel and special tax counsel.
Clement, a legal expert in the public finance practice for twenty-three years, is resident in the firm’s Orlando office. He is recognized for his extensive experience in state and local government revenue bond financings and has particular expertise in airport, hospital, multi-family and single family housing, electric, water and sewer utility financings, as well as special tax and enterprise fund financings.
Draper has worked in the public finance arena, either as an attorney or investment banker, since 1989. Draper has focused his practice on both Bond Counsel and Disclosure Counsel representation, and he currently chairs Bryant Miller Olive’s Public Finance Group.
Queirolo is a board certified real estate lawyer and has represented clients in a variety of areas, including real estate transactions, residential and commercial development, commercial leasing, construction lien law, real estate financing, real estate brokerage law, multi-parcel assemblages, and title insurance. In addition, Queirolo is Chairman of the firm's Real Property Practice Group.
