Attorney Keirston R. Woods Joins DC Office of Bryant Miller Olive

        WASHINGTON, DC – Bryant Miller Olive announced today that Keirston R. Woods has joined the firm in its newly-opened Washington DC office. Ms. Woods will practice in the areas of Public Finance, Real Property, Affordable Housing and Corporate Trust & Default. She has extensive experience structuring and negotiating complex transactions, drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and legislation and served as Associate General Counsel to the Housing Authority of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Ms. Woods completed her undergraduate work at Duke University and received her JD from the George Washington University Law School. She is admitted to practice before the federal and state courts of Maryland and the District of Columbia and is a member of the bar associations for both entities.
