Ellie Neiberger publishes article in American Bar Association's bi-annual journal, Appellate Issues
Ellie Neiberger from our Miami office was recently published in the Summer 2016 edition of Appellate Issues, the bi-annual journal of the American Bar Association’s Council of Appellate Lawyers. The article she authored is titled “Does the First Amendment Protect Elected Officials When They Speak in Connection with their Official Duties?”
