Jason M. Breth joined Bryant Miller Olive as a law clerk in May 2006. As a law clerk, Mr. Breth gained knowledge and experience in all of Bryant Miller Olive's practice areas. Mr. Breth has assisted on public finance matters, including assisting with bond, disclosure and underwriter's counsel representation of numerous local government entities. Mr. Breth has also assisted on redevelopment and special assessment programs. Mr. Breth is currently a member of two of Bryant Miller Olive’s practice groups: Public Finance and State and Local Government Law. Mr. Breth is a member of The Florida Bar, the National Association of Bond Lawyers and is listed in the Municipal Bond Attorneys section of The Bond Buyer’s Municipal Marketplace. Mr. Breth received his Juris Doctorate from the Florida State University College of Law with high honors in May 2007. While in law school, Mr. Breth was a member of the Florida State University Law Review, the Florida State University Business Law Review and the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. Upon graduation, Mr. Breth was inducted into the Florida State University Chapter of the Order of the Coif, an honor society for law school students who earn a Juris Doctor degree and graduate in the top 10 percent of their class. In May 2004, he graduated summa cum laude from Virginia Tech where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
