Misty Taylor joined the Firm as a paralegal in 2001 and has been an attorney in the firm’s Orlando office since 2008. Since joining the firm, Ms. Taylor has participated in hundreds of public finance transactions, including bond, disclosure, lender and underwriter’s counsel representations. Ms. Taylor’s practice focuses on community development and stewardship districts, affordable housing, healthcare and general local governments. Ms. Taylor serves as Chair of the Firm's Special District Finance practice group and also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Firm. Ms. Taylor received a Juris Doctor degree from the Florida A&M University College of Law with honors in May 2008. While in law school, Ms. Taylor was a member of the Florida A&M University Law Review. Ms. Taylor is a member of the Florida Bar and the National Association of Bond Lawyers.
