Linda M. Russell is an attorney in Bryant Miller Olive's Miami office where she practices with the Firm's Labor & Employment group. Ms. Russell’s previous experience includes representing businesses and individuals in commercial litigation and condominium associations in actions in foreclosure. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Russell gained invaluable experience working for several Fortune 500 companies in their human resources and legal departments. Having acquired more than 10 years’ experience as a human resources professional, she is able to incorporate that knowledge and experience into her Labor & Employment practice. After receiving her Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Communications from the University of South Florida, Ms. Russell continued her education at the University of Miami, earning her Certificate in Human Resources Management in 1993 and her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2003. While in law school, Ms. Russell was a member of the Moot Court Board, a participant in the Peter T. Fay American Inn of Court, the 2002 Moot Court Intramural Competition Winner and a Book Award recipient for Intellectual Property Law. She is admitted to practice before all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
