Sam Queirolo is a Board Certified real estate lawyer and head of Bryant Miller Olive's Real Property Practice Group. He has worked with investors, developers, lenders and governmental entities in the acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and disposition of convention center facilities, office buildings, industrial projects, residential developments, apartment complexes, retail facilities, mixed-use projects, senior living facilities and college housing facilities. He has also worked with clients to assemble teams of consulting professionals to provide strategic legal, title, and valuation analysis in the context of multi-parcel assemblages and right-of-way acquisitions. In addition to his traditional real estate practice, Mr. Queirolo has devoted substantial attention to representing various nonprofit agencies and low-income housing developers in real estate development matters. Mr. Queirolo has spoken on topics such as real estate leasing, real estate brokerage law, construction lien law, professional ethics, and right-of-way acquisition training and strategy at various legal seminars and other events. Mr. Queirolo is a supporter of public schools and has devoted substantial time serving on the School Advisory Committee of his children's school. Prior to joining the Tampa office of Bryant Miller Olive, he was practice group leader of the Tampa Bay Real Estate Group of Holland & Knight. Mr. Queirolo earned his B.S. in accounting, magna cum laude, in 1987 from the Florida State University and his J.D., with high honors, in 1990 from the FSU College of Law. He served on the FSU Law Review while in law school and upon graduation was admitted to the Order of the Coif. Mr. Queirolo is rated "AV" by Martindale-Hubbell and was recognized in the most recent editions of Law & Politics' "Florida Super Lawyers" and Florida Trend's "Legal Elite."
