PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Jackie Bell joined the Firm in 2014 as a Public Finance Professional.  Prior to joining Bryant Miller Olive in 2014, Mrs. Bell spent fourteen years as a Public Finance Professional for other public finance firms located within the State of Florida.  As a Public Finance Professional, she has supported bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, disclosure counsel, borrower’s counsel and issuer’s counsel on a variety of tax-exempt financings, including general government, utilities, airports, single and multifamily housing, industrial development, charter education, community redevelopment, pooled loan and other complex financings.   Prior to her work as a Public Finance Professional in the legal field, Mrs. Bell spent more than 15 years as a senior banker with regional investment banking firms.  That experience includes serving as financial advisor or senior managing underwriter for various Northwest Florida issuers, including the City of Pensacola, Escambia County, Escambia County Utilities Authority, City of Fort Walton Beach, Pace Property Finance Authority, Holley-Navarre Water System, Inc., and the School Boards of Santa Rosa County, Escambia County and Okaloosa County, Florida.
