BMO Welcomes Michael Millett, Esq.

Bryant Miller Olive P.A. welcomes Michael R. Millett to our Public Finance group in our Tampa office where he will primarily be focusing his practice on serving as bond and disclosure counsel representation in the issuance of municipal bonds, and various forms of tax-exempt financings for Florida cities, special districts and interlocal agencies such as school boards, healthcare, universities and affordable housing transactions. Michael comes to BMO with over 15 years of experience in financial and legal services, either as a Financial Analyst, Vice President or Attorney. Prior to joining Bryant Miller Olive, Mr. Millett served as the Director of Institutional Risk Management for Raymond James & Associates, Inc., Vice President of Operations for Weatherford Partners and was a Public Finance attorney with Holland & Knight, LLP.
