For over 50 years, Bryant Miller Olive has represented governments, businesses and agencies in legal matters relating to public finance, state and local government law, complex transactions, project finance, and litigation.

Members of the firm are often called on to handle extremely complex legal issues in the boardroom and in the courtroom. Bryant Miller Olive’s sophisticated work is done in a wide range of ways.

The Firm has served as bond Counsel on more deals than any other firm in the Southeast over the past 25 years, and more than any other firm in Florida over the past decade. Bryant Miller Olive’s State & Local Government practice area represents cities and counties around the state, dealing with issues ranging from charter revisions to employment issues. And the firm also helps clients in such areas as labor and employment law, corporate trusts, real property and commercial transactions, and new markets tax credits.

Among Bryant Miller Olive’s current focuses is in assisting public entities with the creation of Public Private Partnerships around the country, specifically in transportation and higher education.

Founded in the early 1970s by a former Florida governor, two former members of the Attorney General’s office, and a pioneer in the area of governmental and private bond finance, Bryant Miller Olive was created with four core values: competence, service, trust and loyalty.
