Tallahassee Accounting Coordinator

Location: Tallahassee

The multi-office, multi-state law firm of Bryant Miller Olive seeks a talented Accounting Coordinator to help support the accounting group in our Tallahassee office. Responsibilities include processing payroll, journal entries, account reconciliations, financial reporting, client intake forms, daily cash management and serve as back-up for the accounts payable and billing functions.

Qualifications include a bachelor degree in Accounting or related field, a minimum of two years-experience processing payroll in a law firm or professional services organization; computer skills including proficiency in MS Office, accounting software preferably ProLaw and Quickbooks and document management; strong organization skills and a high degree of output accuracy, excellent communication skills, professionally handle pressure and adapt to changing work priorities, work flow and work assignments; must present a polished and professional attitude and be a team player; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
