Claudia Capdesuner joined Bryant Miller Olive in 2021 as a Public Finance Associate in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Capdesuner currently practices in public finance transactions, including bond, disclosure, and underwriter’s counsel representation.
Prior to joining BMO, Ms. Capdesuner was an Assistant County Attorney with the Broward County Attorney’s Office where she was a member of the Finance, Real Property, Budget, and Housing Practice Group.
Ms. Capdesuner earned her law degree from St. Thomas University College of Law in 2017, magna cum laude. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 2013, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. While in law school, Ms. Capdesuner served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Adalberto Jordan of the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, interned with the U.S. Department of Justice, and clerked at a litigation firm in Coral Gables, Florida. Additionally, she served as the Managing Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review, was a member of the Moot Court Board, and worked as a Research Assistant for Dr. Amy D. Ronner.
