Alecia M. Ingram joined Bryant Miller Olive as a law clerk in October 2006. As a law clerk, Ms. Ingram gained knowledge and experience in all of Bryant Miller Olive's practice areas. Ms. Ingram is a member of the firm’s Public Finance Practice Group and has represented clients in all aspects of public finance transactions, including bond, disclosure, underwriter's and bank’s counsel representations.
As disclosure and underwriters’ counsel, Ms. Ingram prepares offering documents, bond purchase agreements, continuing disclosure agreements, material event notices and disclosure policies and procedures. Also, as disclosure and underwriters’ counsel, Ms. Ingram conducts general due diligence of issuers and continuing disclosure due diligence for an issuer’s compliance with its continuing disclosure undertakings under Rule 15c2-12 of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Ingram received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law.
She received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, with a Sports Management Specialization, from the University of Florida where she attended on a full athletic scholarship for women’s gymnastics and was a two-time first team All-American and a National Association Collegiate Gymnastics Coaches Scholastic All-American. Ms. Ingram is listed in the Who's Who among Students in American Universities & Colleges, 2007 and 2008. While in law school, Ms. Ingram was a member of the Stetson Leadership Development Committee and received a certificate in Leadership Development upon graduation. Ms. Ingram is currently a member of The Florida Bar.
