Lawrence Allen Raab joined Bryant Miller Olive in 2019 in the firm’s Tampa office as an Associate. Lawrence’s practice focuses on matters relating to public finance and economic development throughout the State of Florida, and has represented municipalities, state agencies, interlocal public bodies, 501(c)(3) charitable organizations, real estate developers, and financial institutions in taxable and tax-exempt bond issues. He has served as bond counsel, purchaser’s counsel, and disclosure counsel in connection with a broad range of public finance transactions involving education, healthcare, housing, infrastructure, and green energy project financing.
Prior to entering private practice, Lawrence served as a legislative assistant to Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, and later as counsel to the U.S. House Committee on Natural Resources, where he oversaw the financing and development of federal water and public power projects throughout the United States.
