Ranjiv Sondhi joined Bryant Miller Olive’s Labor & Employment practice group in the firm’s Miami office in 2018.
Ranjiv has experience in business and commercial suits in state and federal courts involving partnership and shareholder disputes, labor and employment, unfair competition, trademark infringement, business torts, and a range of other commercial disputes.
Ranjiv has also handled a variety of transactional matters including structuring complex investor and company agreements, commercial leases, private securities offerings, and asset protection measures, in addition to advising on compliance of labor, tax, and securities regulations.
Ranjiv is a member of the Florida Bar, California Bar, and Illinois Bar. He received his J.D. from New England School of Law 2009 and his L.L.M in Taxation from DePaul University College of Law in 2010. He completed his B.S. in Business Administration at California State Polytechnic University.
