Vera Gurova joined Bryant Miller Olive as a law clerk in 2015, where she gained experience working in the Public Finance Practice Group. She became an attorney at the firm later that year and is currently a member of the firm’s Public Finance Practice Group. Prior to joining BMO, Ms. Gurova worked in the banking and securities industries for over five years.
Ms. Gurova received a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, in 2015. While in law school, Ms. Gurova was the recipient of National Association of Bond Lawyers Frederic L. Ballard, Jr. Memorial Scholarship and served as a Corporate and Food Law research assistant. Ms. Gurova received her Bachelor of Arts degree in foreign languages from the Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University (Russia), in 2006, summa cum laude.
