We are currently seeking a Legal/Administrative Assistant to support our Miami office. This position is well suited to an individual that is looking to advance their career in the legal field and gain hands-on experience in a thriving and supportive workplace.
Responsibilities include word processing; editing documents in Word; client interaction; scheduling meetings, coordinating travel; expense reports; copying and scanning documents; and other duties as needed.
Qualifications include a minimum of two years of experience as a legal or administrative assistant or less experience with at least an A.A. degree; computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and electronic research tools; excellent grammar, proofreading and editing skills; effective and personable communication skills, ability to be flexible, professionally handle pressure and adapt to changing work priorities, work flow and work assignments; ability to work independently or in a team environment; strong organizational skills and attention to detail. We are willing to train the right candidate, and legal experience is a plus but not required.
