Part-time Legal Administrative Assistant

Location: Orlando

The multi-office, multi-state law firm of Bryant Miller Olive seeks a part-time experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to help support our downtown Orlando office. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence and other documents using Microsoft Word, assisting legal staff and attorneys with word processing, expense reports, entering time, billing, calendaring, filing, copying, scanning or other projects, and delivery of materials, packages, files or other documents as needed.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, two years of related professional service experience, demonstrated computer skills including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work independently and in a team environment; excellent proofreading and editing skills; effective communication skills; strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
