Todd P. Scholl joined Bryant Miller Olive in 2019 as an associate in the Public Finance Group in the firm's Orlando office. Mr. Scholl currently practices in public finance transactions, including bond, disclosure and underwriter's counsel representation.
Mr. Scholl received his Juris Doctor, with honors, from Stetson University College of Law in 2018 and graduated in the top 10% of his class. While in law school, Mr. Scholl won Best Oralist in the 2016 First-year Moot court competition and the 2017 William Reece Smith, Jr. Pro Bono award. Mr. Scholl also worked as an intern with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association (SIFMA).
Prior to law school, Mr. Scholl was the Chief Financial Officer of Knetik Inc.. Previous to that, he worked in equity research and investment banking for 15 years.
In addition to his law degree, Mr. Scholl holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Florida, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Central Florida, and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.
