Sarah Warren joined the firm as a member of the firm’s Public Finance and Special District Finance practice groups. Sarah provides bond, disclosure, and underwriter’s counsel representation in connection with taxable and tax-exempt public finance transactions, including new and refunding bond issues. Her practice focuses on financing matters involving general local governments and special taxing districts, with a particular emphasis on community development district and stewardship district financings. Prior to joining the firm, Sarah’s practice focused on the planning, establishment, and general counsel representation of special districts throughout the State of Florida on matters ranging from financing and construction of public infrastructure, public bidding and procurement, land development and local government law. Sarah offers the firm’s local government and special district clients valuable experience previously serving as issuer’s counsel to numerous community development districts and stewardship districts in connection with the issue of tax-exempt bonds to finance public infrastructure necessary to support the development of large-scale and master-plan residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate development projects throughout the State.
