Emily Marin is an Associate Attorney of Bryant Miller Olive’s Public Finance group in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Marin focuses her practice on serving as bond, disclosure and underwriter’s counsel in the issuance of municipal bonds and various tax-exempt financings. Specifically, Ms. Marin focuses on serving the firm’s Affordable Housing clients in all aspects of affordable housing transactions.
Ms. Marin received her Juris Doctor from Florida State University College of Law. While in Law School, Ms. Marin was a law clerk for Nabors Giblin & Nickerson where she focused on learning and conducting legal research on a variety of public finance matters, including drafting and preparing legal documents for municipal bond issuance and real estate transactions. She also maintained a variety of leadership positions such as the Managing Editor of the Journal of Transactional Law & Policy publication and Social Media Chair for the Hispanic Law Student Association. Ms. Marin was a recipient of the Public Service Student Support Scholarship. Emily received her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations, with honors, from Florida International University.
