Amberlynne Fernandez is a member of Bryant Miller Olive’s Public Finance practice group in the firm’s Miami office. Ms. Fernandez focuses on serving as Bond Counsel, Issuer’s Counsel and Disclosure Counsel for municipalities and various tax-exempt financings.
Ms. Fernandez joined the firm as a law clerk in 2023, and prior to joining the firm, she was a law clerk for Yelen Yelen & Simon, P.A. and a clerk for Greenberg Traurig, P.A. She also has prior experience in the legal field as a Paralegal and Legal Assistant.
Ms. Fernandez received her Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Florida International University College of Law where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Scholarship Award. While in Law School, she served as an Executive Board Member of the Tax Law Society, Board of Appellate Advocates, and 1L Representative for the Student Bar Association. Prior to Law School, Ms. Fernandez received her Master of Science in International Real Estate from Florida International University and her Bachelor of Science in Public Administration, cum laude, from Florida International University. Ms. Fernandez also received her Associate in Arts degree in Psychology, with honors, from Miami Dade College.
