Carpenter joined Bryant Miller Olive as a Law Clerk in 2025 and upon passing the Florida Bar, she joined as an Associate Attorney based in the firm’s Tampa office. Carpenter focuses her practice on representing the firm’s local government clients such as cities, counties, school districts, special districts, and a variety of state agencies in all aspects of local government legal matters. Specifically, Carpenter handles issues involving code enforcement, land use, quasi-judicial hearings, public ethics, civil rights, public employment relations, ad valorem taxation, user fees, special assessments, procurement, tort liability, and Sunshine Law and public records. Ms. Carpenter also assists clients in litigation matters.
