Ayla Arshad is an associate of Bryant Miller Olive’s Labor & Employment practice group in the firm’s Miami offices. Ms. Arshad practices in various areas of labor & employment, including employment litigation, preventative counseling and labor disputes. Ms. Arshad has experience in areas including, but not limited to commercial litigation, construction law and insurance defense.
Ms. Arshad received her Juris Doctor, with honors, from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law in 2021. While in law school, Ms. Arshad received the Silver Level distinction for her pro bono service, totaling more than 133 hours. Ms. Arshad served as a research assistant for Professor Michael Dale and her article, “The Use of “Reasonable Medical Probability” in Washington State Courts” was published in The NITA Blog, The Legal Advocate.
Prior to law school, Ms. Arshad received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and was the recipient of the Dean of Burnett Honors College Leadership Award.
