We are pleased to welcome Whitney S. Brown, Esq. to the firm’s Public Finance practice group in the Jacksonville Office.
Mrs. Brown brings over 9 years of public finance experience to the firm, she focuses on serving as Bond, Disclosure and Issuer’s Counsel for public and private municipal bond transactions for entities including municipalities, counties, colleges, universities, school districts and special districts.
Mrs. Brown is a member of the Florida Bar and the Georgia Bar. Prior to joining Bryant Miller Olive, Mrs. Brown was a Partner with Stewart, Melvin and Frost, LLP where she served as Bond, Disclosure and Issuer’s Counsel for public and private municipal bond transactions; and Corporate and Commercial Real Estate. Mrs. Brown served as a co-chair for the firm’s residential real estate practice. Mrs. Brown has experience in Estate planning and probate.
