Charter School Financings Presentation to Florida Bar Education Law Committee, October 2015
On October 19, 2015, Kareem J. Spratling, a shareholder in Bryant Miller Olive’s Tampa office, presented a CLE webinar to The Florida Bar’s Education Law Committee entitled “Charter School Financings.” Mr. Spratling has significant experience in charter school financings and financings for other types of 501(c)(3) entities, including universities, private schools and health care providers, among others.
