Dana Maykish is a member of Bryant Miller Olive’s Public Finance group in the Firm’s Tampa office and currently focuses her legal practice providing bond and disclosure counsel representation in a variety of public finance transactions; primarily in the issuance of municipal bonds, and various forms of tax-exempt financing for Florida public agencies and interlocal agencies.
Prior to joining Bryant Miller Olive, Ms. Maykish has past experience advising private and public companies on corporate and securities law and investment advisory law.
While in law school, Ms. Maykish interned for the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Prior to law school Ms. Maykish worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years. Mainly, she worked as a financial advisor, and prior to joining Bryant Miller Olive she worked as a senior risk management officer in bank regulatory compliance.
Ms. Maykish received her J.D., from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law, 2015, magna cum laude. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Government and International Affairs, from George Mason University, summa cum laude.
