Duane Draper is a Bryant Miller Olive shareholder and he currently Chairs the Firm's Public Finance Group and serves as the Business Development Chair. Mr. Draper has been in public finance, either as an attorney or investment banker, beginning in 1989. He is rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell. Since joining Bryant Miller Olive in 1995, Mr. Draper has focused his practice on Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel, Underwriters' Counsel and Bank Counsel representations including service as Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel, Underwriters' Counsel and Bank Counsel on financings for Florida counties, cities, special districts, interlocal agencies, and non-profits.
