Duane Draper is a Bryant Miller Olive shareholder and he currently Co-Chairs the Firm's Public Finance Group and serves as the Business Development Chair. Mr. Draper has been in public finance, either as an attorney or investment banker, beginning in 1989. He is rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale-Hubbell. Since joining Bryant Miller Olive in 1995, Mr. Draper has focused his practice on Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel and Underwriters’ Counsel representations including service as Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel and Underwriters’ Counsel of Florida counties, cities, special districts, interlocal agencies, and non-profits. Mr. Draper is a member of NABL and is listed in the Municipal Bond Attorneys' section of The Bond Buyer's Municipal Marketplace.
