Jamie A. Kilpatrick is a member of Bryant Miller Olive’s litigation practice group where she focuses her practice on representing BMO’s local government clients in all facets of litigation.
Jamie is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Jamie is also admitted to practice before all state courts in Texas and the Northern District of Texas.
Jamie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Legal Studies, summa cum laude, from the University of Central Florida, where she was a member of the Burnett Honors College and the Phi Alpha Delta Pre-Law Fraternity. Jamie received her law degree from The University of Texas at Austin School of Law. While in law school, she was a member of The Review of Litigation and the Women's Law Caucus.
Jamie is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Hillsborough County Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division and Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers. She also serves as a Board Member and Membership Chair for The Friends of the Temple Terrace Public Library.
