Mark Johnson is a member of the firm’s transactional practice group with a focus in real estate and business law. Mr. Johnson is based in BMO’s Tallahassee office. Prior to joining BMO, Mr. Johnson supported Webb Creek Management Group in Rome, GA as Associate Counsel. Mark earned his J.D. degree from Florida State University and a B.A. degree from Stetson University.
While at Stetson University, he was a founding member and vice president of the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and is now actively involved on the Board of Trustees for the chapter. Mark was admitted to the Florida Bar in September of 2018 and the Georgia Bar in December of 2019.
During his final two years of law school, Mark was employed as a Clerk for the Law Office of M.B. Adelson IV, who specialized in boundary law, water law and general property law. Also, while in law school, Mark worked at the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings and in the General Counsel’s Office of the Florida Department of Financial Services.
