PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Noah M. Daiker joined Bryant Miller Olive as a Law Clerk in 2020 and joined the Government Counsel Services Practice Group as an Associate in the Tampa office in 2022. Mr. Daiker currently practices in all aspects of City, County, and Local Government law, including code enforcement, land use, quasi-judicial hearings, public ethics, civil rights, public employment relations, ad valorem taxation, user fees, special assessments, procurement, tort liability, and public records. He also provides legal counsel for local government operations, including drafting ordinances, resolutions, contracts, court motions, guidance documents, procurement documents, and legislative updates regarding both federal and Florida law.

Mr. Daiker received his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude, from the Stetson University College of Law in 2022. While in law school, Mr. Daiker served as a Notes & Comments Editor for the Stetson Law Review and co-founded and served as an Articles & Symposium Editor for the Stetson Business Law Review. He also previously served as a teaching assistant, research assistant, and as a Certified Legal Intern at the City of St. Petersburg City Attorney’s Office.

A native of Florida’s gulf coast, Mr. Daiker graduated from Clearwater High School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Central Florida.
