Whitney S. Brown is a member of the firm’s Public Finance practice group. She focuses her practice on serving as Bond Counsel, Issuer’s Counsel and Disclosure Counsel for municipalities, counties, colleges, universities, school districts and special districts.

Mrs. Brown has been practicing law for over 9 years with a focus on Public Finance, Corporate Law and Commercial Real Estate. Prior to joining Bryant Miller Olive, Mrs. Brown was a Partner with Stewart, Melvin and Frost, LLP where she served as Bond, Disclosure and Issuer’s Counsel for public and private municipal bond transactions; and handled various Commercial Real Estate transactions.

Mrs. Brown received her J.D. from Georgia State University, Atlanta, Georgia and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Savannah College of Art and Design, Savannah, Georgia.
