Whynter Morgan Neal is a member of Bryant Miller Olive’s Litigation Practice Group and Local Government Practice Group primarily focusing on representing BMO’s local government clients in complex litigation matters, appellate advocacy and dispute resolution.

Prior to joining BMO, Mrs. Morgan Neal focused her practice on civil litigation, primarily representing clients in a variety of disputes, including contract disputes, employment issues and business torts.

Mrs. Morgan Neal is a native of Jamaica, coming to Florida in 2010 after graduating High School at 16 years old. Whynter received her Bachelor of Art degrees in History and Spanish, double minors in French and Anthropology, as well as an undergraduate Certificate in Latin American, Caribbean and Latino Studies (ISLAC) from the University of South Florida. Attributable to her educational background, she is proficient in Spanish and French. She received her Juris Doctorate from Washington University School of Law. While in law school, she was a recipient of several awards such as: Richard Sher Award for Excellence in Mediation and Dispute Resolution, Pro Bono Pledge Award, CALI Award Recipient – Introduction to US & Comparative ADR and Scholar in Law Award. She also held several leadership positions such as: President of the Women of Color Law Society, Staff Editor of Global Studies Law Review, Admissions Ambassador and Treasurer of the International Law Society
