Noah M. Daiker, Esq. of Bryant Miller Olive P.A. Named as Town Attorney of the Town of Indian Shores

Tampa, Fla. — June 23, 2026 — Bryant Miller Olive P.A. (BMO) is pleased to announce that Government Counsel Servies (GCS) practice group member, Noah M. Daiker, has been selected and sworn in as the Town Attorney for the Town of Indian Shores, Florida.

Mr. Daiker, who is based in BMO’s Tampa office, dedicates his practice to advising local governments and public agencies throughout Florida. Since joining the firm as a law clerk in 2020 and becoming an associate in 2022, he has built a strong practice representing municipalities and special districts on a wide range of legal matters.

He brings extensive experience to his new role as Town Attorney through his work with local governments across the State, including the City of Largo, City of Dunedin, City of Safety Harbor, Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority, Manatee County Port Authority, and Pinellas Park Water Management District. His work includes representing and advising quasi-judicial boards such as code enforcement boards, planning and zoning boards, and special magistrates, as well as providing guidance on municipal operations, procurement, and public finance matters.
